Hantaran and door gift for Alin

I prepared this cake for my baby sister's wedding last week. Not the wedding cake though. This is part of the hantaran to the groom. I had completely forgotten to snap a picture of this cake on its carriage. Sigh..

And one thousand cupcakes! Pergh!! It was fun doing it. Especially on the first day when I had my best friend to assist me. And best of all, we had only a hand mixer to work with. Haha.. I had been procrastinating in purchasing a larger mixer thus, stock was unavailable. I was unable to work on my stand mixer as it wont be able to mix more than 3 batches. Thus, hand mixer was the choice. Not bad at all. Hehehe.. Though, the batter seemed a little different than I used to make. Nonetheless, it was a success!!!

Ok.. Anyone for more than 25 pcs cupcakes? Cewahhhhhhh.. Hahahah..
