Pirate themed cookies

My twinny requested this cookies for her friend's child's birthday.  I almost turned this request down as Adam was having lung infection.  Alhamdulillah..  Adam has recovered and my twinny was happy with her cookies :D

One year old baby

Truthfully, I ran out of ideas when I was asked to do this cupcakes for a one year old little girl.  I tried to browse the internet, but nothing came out to be inspirational.  So I turned back to what her aunty mentioned - the theme is RED, PINK, WHITE.

So I played with colours instead :D

 

Happy birthday Ashar & Safiyyah

Here are two cakes requested by Kak Lili.  One for her son, Ashar and another for her friend's daughter - Safiyyah.  Ashar wanted a treasure chest cake.  Lepas siap cake tu, Adam kata "mama..  this is not a treasure chest.  It's a box that is full of... mmm..  sweetness".  Oh well..  Kids do not lie kan?  So I had to change his (so called) banner to be placed on the top of the cake.  Saya suka sangat buat kek ni, sebab...  tabur aje segala "treasure" atas cake tu.  Tak payah hias.  Hahaha..

And the cake theme was "Spanish".  OH!  Sangat tak tau nak buat macam mana.  Kak Lili sent me a picture of the Spanish dancer.  Unfortunately, I couldn't get the doll.  And with inspiration from other bakers, I buatlah cake yang ada nilai-nilai "Spanish".  Cili, cactus, topi, and Happy birthday wish in Spanish!

Kek ni untuk anak sepupu saya, Haziq.  Alhamdulillah mau jugak si birthday boy makan kek ni.  Kata Lia, picky eater sikit anaknya.  Nak kek ala-ala twiggies.  Macam-macam eh..  Hehehe..
